Carla Klassen has enjoyed singing soprano with the Ottawa Bach Choir since 2005.  This Ottawa resident was born into a musical family and singing has always been a major part of her life.   A busy piano teacher, church musician and accompanist, she holds a Bachelor’s degree, ARCT and is currently pursuing a Licentiate Diploma in piano performance.  Her studies include work with pianists Judy Kehler Siebert, Dina Namer and Jenny Regehr.  In addition to her musical endeavours, she spends her time working for Ten Thousand Villages, a non-profit organization that supports artisans in developing countries.
