Description
The second concert of our 23rd season features a joint performance with the Vancouver Chamber Choir! The OBC performs Langlais’ Messe solennelle with organist Matthew Larkin, along with works by Bach, Pärt and Ottawa composer Nicholas Piper, while the VCC showcases works by Laura Hawley, Freeman, MacMillan and Whittall. The two ensembles join forces for music by Bruckner, Martin, Schütz and Tavener. Don’t miss this truly Canadian collaborative celebration by two of Canada’s exceptional professional choirs!
